Casting (Extern) Suche Lara Croft für eine Tomb Raider Fanfiktion Hörspiel

Ich suche eine passende Stimme für mein erstes selbstgeschriebenes Hörspielprojekt. [Nicht Kommerzielle Nutzung, Hobby YouTube Projekt]
Alles im Rahmen der Fan-Richtlinien.

Genre: Adventure, Mystery, Fantasy, Action

Derzeit, nur für Lara Croft.
In Frage kommen keine zu niedlichen und unsicheren Stimmen.
Sprechalter: 20 bis Anfang 30

Wer Lara Croft kennt weiß dass sie eine zähe, starke, selbstbewusste, abentuerlustige, mutige, und nicht zu unterschätzende Persönlichkeit ist. Ich suche nach der gewissen Portion Coolness in der Stimme.
Außerdem wäre es mir wichtig, eine zuverlässige Partnerin für dieses Projekt zu gewinnen, mit Bereitschaft an Fortsetzungen teilzunehmen.

Das Projekt befindet sich derzeit in Arbeit und ist noch nicht ganz ausgereift, dennoch wollte ich es mir nicht nehmen lassen schon mal ein Casting für Miss Croft zu starten.

(Gibt aber auch selbstverständlich noch weitere tolle Sprecherinnen hier an Bord, auf welche das o.g. auch zutrifft und die das spielen könnten ).

Bleibt nur die Frage, ob der Autor "Lara Croft/Tomb Raider" als TM so ohne weiteres für seine Zwecke verwenden darf ?

Diese Beschreibung klingt aufjedenfall schonmal sehr vielversprechend

Sollte kein Problem darstellen, da es ja ein Fanprojekt ist und ich nicht die Absicht habe, damit Einnahmen zu erzielen. Ich deklariere es auch als Fanfiction.
Natürlich achte ich auch darauf, nichts zu schreiben was der Marke in irgendeiner Weise schaden könnte und erfinde keine Charakterzüge, oder übernehme bereits vorhandene Dialoge....

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob du damit Sprecher bekommst. Denn Fanfiction ist nun mal illegal, da können die FF-Leute noch so sehr beteuern, dass sie es unkommerziell machen. Jede Veröffentlichung (auch unkommerziell) ist eine Urheberrechtsverletzung.
Bisweilen kommen nur alle damit durch, weil die ganze FF-Szene zu groß geworden ist. Wenn du es allein machst, trägst du das volle Risiko. Nimmst du Leute mit an Bord, sind auch sie daran beteiligt. Und das Netz vergisst nie.
Das solltest du vielleicht nochmal deutlich abklären. Vielen ist es eben nicht klar, dass sie Urheberrechtsverletzungen mit FF begehen.

Which Games Does This Policy Apply To?

  There’s no limit to the incredible projects our community has spearheaded in the past, from epic fan films to recreations of our games in Unreal Engine. It could be easy for some folks to misinterpret some of your massive projects as official Crystal Dynamics content, so make sure when sharing your Fan Content online you disclaim that it’s an “unofficial” project.
• No Unreleased Content: You must not post or distribute unreleased content from a Crystal Dynamics Game, especially prior to the official release of the game. This includes leaked content, content released in advance of an embargo or release date, or content otherwise obtained without Crystal Dynamics’s permission. Crystal Dynamics treats pre-release leaks very seriously; you may receive a copyright “strike” or suffer other consequences if you violate this guideline.

• No Unauthorized Use or Copying: This Policy is an informal guideline, but you still have to follow the formal terms of our software licenses and other agreements (including the Terms of Service at GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE – Crystal Dynamics). This means, among other things, that you cannot copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or do anything else with game software that would breach the applicable license or agreement.
• No Cheating, Hacking, Exploits, or Piracy: Your Fan Content may not appear on, link to, describe, or otherwise promote (i) cheats, hacks, or other exploits or (ii) piracy.

Don’t use Crystal Dynamic Materials in a manner that may damage Crystal Dynamics or its products or brands.
• Additional or Updated Guidelines: This is a living policy, and we might update it from time to time! Individual Crystal Dynamics Games may be subject to different or additional guidelines (such guidelines could be provided in the game itself, on the game’s website, or in another publicly accessible location); if so, please abide by those guidelines. If Crystal Dynamics issues you individualized written guidelines, you must abide by those guidelines. Solange sich die Fanfiction inhaltlich an ein ausdrücklich von CDynamics veröffentlichtes Spiel/Inhalt orientiert (z.B. Legend, Underworld etc.), sehe ich da jetzt auch kein Problem.

"orientiert" ist das Stichwort ja. Natürlich darf ich ein neues Abenteuer erfinden, was nicht zwangsläufig mit den von dir genannten Teilen in Verbindung steht. So zum Beispiel, eine fiktive Hochkultur. (Fanfiction)

Wenn ich das richtig verstanden habe, dürfte ich Lara Croft nicht als beispielsweise Magierin auftreten lassen. Das würde dann unter den Punkt "Der Marke schädigen" fallen.
Das A und O bei solchen Sachen ist somit nach wie vor Respekt.

Benutzen und einbringen von Inhalten ist somit grundsätzlich erlaubt.

Was lediglich für mein Verständnis ein Problem darstellen würde, wäre, wenn deine Geschichte allerdings jedoch vollkommen unabhängig und ohne jedweden Bezug zu bereits releasten Teilen/Inhalten, frei erfunden, fern von Crystals Geschichten als etwas eigenständig neues entpuppt, da CD für Fanfiction-Zwecke, ihr ausdrückliches Okay ja nur auf ihr eigenes, bereits publiziertes Material bezieht.

Ich denke, es reicht aber schon aus "irgendwo auf der Welt krabbelt Lara an einer Bergwand hoch"... peng..Bezug hergestellt.

Und bezüglich Fanfiktions bin ich mir auch nicht so sicher, ich glaube aber zu meinen, dass Werke wie Twilight, 50 Shades, der neueste Anne Hatheaway-Film usw. auch aus Fanfiktions entstanden sind?
