My name is Ian Minderman. I am the owner of a virtual studio called Voice Chameleons.

We are currently looking for German language talents to join our squad. We work with a wide variety of customers. Children's channels, corporate customers, top 10 lists, etc.

BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- Free marketing of you and your voice over services through social media and Google Ads
- Free illustration production for marketing (as in the explanatory video)
- Free demo roll production (as in the explanatory video)

- Often times, talent can enjoy the benefit of working consistently for large YouTube channels and corporate customers.
- Paid via Payoneer or PayPal
- No exclusivity agreements are signed.

CONDITIONS:
- Must have an XLR microphone or a very good sounding USB microphone
- Must not contain background noise, explosives, echoes, etc. in audio
- Must have Payoneer (PayPal is also acceptable but not preferred)
- Must speak at least intermediate level English
- Experience is preferred, but we always train and develop our actors. If you are new to this industry and have talent, we will help you develop it.

We are looking for all types of voices! Bonus points if you can play a child's voice. Please include your contact details in your audition description. You can audition with your demo role. Please also include any previous experience (advertising, entertainment, etc.) that you have in your audition description.

Here you are looking for German talents but on the thing you are calling a website and in your post here you demand at least an intermediate command of English!

We should know a little bit more about you and your way to make business. Just to distinguish you from the ones you should not do business with!

You state you will train people if they are not so experienced. How nice! So you spend your valuable time on training people completely altruistic, right?

Your message is very condescending. Maybe something was lost in translation. I'd be happy to answer all of your inquiries, though. I don't speak German well (just 2 years of study in high school), so for the sake of clarity, I will answer your inquiries in English.

I'm Ian Minderman. I'm a voice talent from the USA. For a while, I managed a large media company dealing with mostly online content, not traditional broadcast. About 8 months ago, I started my own company called Voice Chameleons. This is a multinational company which dubs various types of content. For example, let's say there is a YouTube channel that comes to me and wants to reach a broader audience by dubbing their videos into a foreign language. From there, we can actually sell them multiple languages, including German, to increase their revenue stream. This also increases the revenue stream of the actors and myself. We do the same thing for commercials, audiobooks, etc.

I am looking for actors who can speak at least some English so that project managers and I can send them clear instructions. The talents, of course, won't be required to narrate or dub anything into English.

Despite the sarcastic tone of your statement, the answer to this question is YES. Let's say we have a client that needs traditional dubbing, and an up-and-coming, talented voice talent fits the role well. Perhaps he or she might say something like "Well, I'm interested in this project, but this will be my first time doing traditional dubbing, and I'm a bit nervous." My company has project managers who will guide the voice talent through this process and give them feedback to develop their skills. And yes, it's free of charge. Investing time and energy into good actors is a good policy, in my eyes.

This is why I have a program at my company which helps newcomers upgrade their equipment and software. And I pay for that out of my own pocket.

Why are you assuming that I have the perception that this forum site is only for amateurs? I never said that. One German girl I've partnered with recommended this forum to me so I can find more German talents. We are currently dubbing an e-learning app which requires 8 actors, so I need some soon. That's why I posted here.
