micro1 is looking for native-level German bilingual speakers to participate in an audio data project supporting the development, training, and evaluation of next-generation AI speech and language systems.

What will you do?

• Record provided sentences in German and English
• Listen to audio clips and provide accurate transcriptions & pronunciation feedback
• Record controlled background sounds such as office or stationary-car environments , when required
• Label and organize audio files with accurate metadata
• Follow detailed audio recording and submission guidelines
• Support ongoing speech-data collection projects for AI systems

Who can apply?

You should have:

Native-level German proficiency
B2+ English proficiency
Clear articulation and excellent pronunciation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow precise recording instructions
Ability to work independently and remotely

No previous AI experience is required.

Experience or knowledge in speech data collection, transcription, annotation, phonetics, pronunciation, or AI workflows is a plus.

Privacy & Voice Data

The project includes recording and processing voice data. Candidates must be comfortable following the project's requirements regarding privacy, storage, consent, and intended use of recordings .

Compensation

$30–$65 per hour
